Reflecting upon the founding of our nation, what it was TRULY built upon, and the heritage that we have all but forfeited. (American history - what they don't teach you in school anymore.)

Discuss local Christian events and how they blessed you. Recount elements that had a particularly strong impact on you and how God used the event to encourage you in your faith or to help you find breakthrough in some area of your life. Tell YOUR STORY of how you came to know that God IS real and that He loves you! How you came to make a decision to follow Him and submit to His Lordship in your life. This could be a recount of a powerful one time encounter with God, or a long journey which He led you on, into His arms. Give credit and praise to God for what He has done, and share your story with others as a source of encouragement and hope.

Recount the great acts of God in your life, or which you have personally witnessed. Healings, miracles, supernaturally having a need met from out of the blue. Give credit to your Creator for what He has done!

God blesses us in many ways, and quite often it is through His people. Recount a story of how God has touched your life through the life of another. This could be someone who has been a mentor or a friend, or someone who you hardly even know, who has no idea that their life has had an impact on you. This could even be a group of people, instead of an individual. After writing this, if you choose to do so, you can click on Thread Tools and email the person a link to the page you just wrote.
